In July Alderman for the Ward of Cheap Robert Hughes-Penny was elected and installed as the Master of the Guild of Investment Managers at Guildhall.

The Guild was created to combine the benefits of a modern, dynamic network organisation with the centuries old traditions of the livery world, and to provide a means for asset management professionals to engage more deeply with each other, contribute positively to society, and to take their place amongst the traditions and ceremonies of the Livery world.
