Today a new COVID19 test centre has opened in the Ward of Cheap in Guildhall Yard, just off Gresham Street. The test centre will be open from 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, for both residents and City workers.

The centre is run by Deloitte on behalf of the Department for Health and Social Care and will remain in place until the end of January 2021.

Testing is only available for people with COVID19 symptoms. They would need to book a test through the NHS Test and Trace app or follow the link: https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test

Earlier this month the City of London Corporation granted approval for Guildhall Yard to house the testing site as part of efforts to ensure people can safely work, visit and live in the Square Mile.
