Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 November: The Guildhall Christmas Market is back! We hope that you will be able to join us either on the opening night or on market day – information and links to buy your tickets below. All in support of the British Red Cross.

Guildhall will be transformed into a luxury shopping experience with over 80 artisan stallholders selling gifts, décor, clothing, and food and drink in London’s most beautiful medieval building.

The market, celebrating its 60th anniversary, is the City’s traditional Christmas market bringing those who live, work and visit together during the festive season, while raising vital funds to help people in crisis.

Check out everything that’s happening over the two days, browse the stallholders, and buy your tickets at redcross.org.uk/guildhall, There will be a silent auction and a festive raffle over both days, and a street food festival in Guildhall Yard on Tuesday 28 November.

30th January, 9am-1pm: London Bridge the Gap – Shaping a brighter future for all young Londoners

Guildhall, London

Despite thriving in schools’ exams, youngsters from poorer backgrounds in the capital are far less likely to graduate to professional jobs than their peers in other parts of the country. London Bridge the Gap is chaired by Mark Emmerson who is the CEO of the City of London Academies Trust, which runs 10 schools in the capital. Our local Councillor Tijs Broeke is a board member on the Trust.

The group is holding a conference on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at Guildhall with guest speakers including Floyd Steadman OBE, Dame Julia Cleverdon and Paul Drechsler CBE, as well as a contribution from the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan. They have partnered with City of London Corporation and a host of international City-based firms.
